We have been growing willow at White Oak Farm for the past 20 years and it is one of our favorite plants. We use willow for many reasons:
- Basketry
- Living Fences
- Crafts
- Hedgerows
- Erosion Control
- Restoration
- Shade
- Winter Color
We are now offering some of our best varieties for sale to the general public. We offer the following willow products:
- Fresh willow for basketry
- Fresh large willow for crafts, fencing, etc.
- Willow cuttings
We harvest our willow in the late winter and offer a U-pick option for local folks. Fresh willow products are available from January-February. Dried willow is available year round as supplies allow. We also offer plants and cuttings of our native Pacific Willow (salix lasiandra). This species is excellent for restoration purposes. It is fast growing, tough, beautiful, and offers excellent erosion control, shading, and habitat.
