White Oak had a great day at market yesterday! We had a massive harvest that had Sarah’s truck brimming with goodies while I held two flats of strawberries in my lap in the passenger seat. We set up our booth in no time flat and the market kicked off with lemon cucumbers, salad mix, and green beans flying off the shelves. There was also a good hustle for the strawberries, and we only ended up bringing one and a half flats home with us. All in all we sold out of everything but the russet potatoes, some bunches of kale and basil, and a couple of zucchinis.
